Firm: Producing Manager Reviews

Classify Rep/Principal as a 'Producing Manager'

  1. Employees > Rt-Click Rep Name > EDIT
  2. Scroll down to Classifications section > Check the Producing Manager box

Producing Manager Reviews

  1. Shortcut:  Command Center Dashboard > Producing Manager >30 Days   -OR-   Direct:  Employees > Open CE Windows
  2. Report will show RED if it has been 30+ days since the last Producing Manager Review
  3. Click [Add Review] button to access the review form

  1. Shortcut: [Add Review] button (addressed above)  -OR-  Directly: Producing Manager Review > Producing Manager Review Form (or Report)
  2. Review Info
    1. Date: Automatically adds today's date, but can be edited to accurate date of review
    2. Month/Period Reviewed: Can be a month or quarter, etc.
    3. Reviewer: Name of person responsible for, and performing review
  3. Links to additional information
  4. Area to add review notes. Some suggested wording is provided below to quickly copy and paste if firm deems fitting.

Producing Manager Review Report

  1. Compass provides Log of all reviews performed, and is able to be printed or downloaded in a number of formats
  2. A PDF of the individual review details can be printed/saved at any time by Rt-Click Review > PRINT
